Welcome to Tiffyn.ai, a meal-planning and pantry-tracking app powered by artificial intelligence and operated by Prepwell Pte. Ltd. ("Tiffyn.ai," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using Tiffyn.ai, you agree to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Our Service
Tiffyn.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps users plan meals, track pantry items, and generate personalized recipes using artificial intelligence. The Services are available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
- You must be at least 15 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent.
- You agree that:
- Registration information is accurate and current.
- You will safeguard your login credentials.
- You will use Tiffyn.ai only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Tiffyn.ai offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your selected payment method.
By subscribing, you authorize Apple or Google to charge you on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Refunds & Cancellations
- All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused periods.
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store settings; access remains until the current billing cycle ends.
- Pricing and features may change with notice.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect limited personal data (e.g., name, email, preferences, location) to operate and improve our Services. We comply with:
- Singapore PDPA (2012) and
- India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023) where applicable.
By using Tiffyn.ai, you consent to the processing and cross-border transfer of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve AI models; such data will not identify you personally.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our software.
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems or security.
6. User-Generated Content and AI Outputs
- You may submit recipes, photos, or notes ("User Content").
- By uploading, you grant Prepwell Pte. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and display such content to operate the Services.
- AI-generated outputs (recipes, images, or suggestions) are for informational purposes only and not medical or nutritional advice.
- Ownership of AI-generated content remains with Prepwell Pte. Ltd.; you receive a personal, non-exclusive license for non-commercial use.
- We may remove any content violating these Terms.
7. Quick Commerce & Third-Party Fulfillment
Tiffyn.ai may offer integrations with third-party quick commerce platforms (such as grocery delivery or ingredient fulfillment services) to help you purchase items from your meal plans or shopping lists.
- All transactions are conducted directly between you and the third-party platform.
- Tiffyn.ai does not sell, supply, or deliver any goods or ingredients.
- Orders, payments, deliveries, and returns are governed by the terms and policies of the respective quick commerce provider.
- We may share limited information (ingredient lists, location, or shopping preferences) with these partners only to facilitate your requested transactions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality, or safety of any products offered by third-party platforms.
- Tiffyn.ai may receive a commission or referral fee when you make a purchase through partner links; this does not affect the price you pay.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Tiffyn.ai may integrate with third-party APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI, Google, payment processors). Use of such integrations is governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any content or data handling by those providers.
9. App Store Terms
Because Tiffyn.ai is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, their respective Terms of Service apply. Prepwell Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for billing or refunds managed by those platforms.
10. Health and Allergy Disclaimer
AI-generated recipes and nutrition data are suggestions only. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for dietary or medical needs. Always verify ingredients and consult professionals for advice. We are not liable for allergic reactions or other adverse outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
- We make no warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prepwell Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services,
- Your breach of these Terms, or
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Account Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.
- You may delete your account anytime through the App or via support@tiffyn.ai.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but sections such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules, in English. Consumers located in India may also seek redress under India's applicable consumer laws.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect when posted on the App or website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.
